After encouraging my mom to join spark people several months ago I decided to rejoin and get in on the fun. My goals this year are to stay healthy, to use exercise and a healthy diet to keep my seasonal depression at bay, to not let stress/anxiety stay such a huge part of my daily life, to also use staying active and a healthy lifestyle to model for my children to stay healthy, and to be a better support for my mom and my friends who are also trying to have a healthier life.
