Oh yes, we've all been there. Staying motivated became easier when I started my exercise regimen in very short bursts. 20 mins. cardio, 10 mins. on weights for me. Do what works for you. I vowed to stay on it for 30 days making it my biggest priority.......by the end of the 30 days it had become routine. Now I just change up my routine to challenge my body and combat boredom! Try something new!!!! Good luck!
