Rosalyn Larson I am so happy to be on Maintenance.
It took 2 years but it was worth it. I am going to keep it in a 5#s range up or down. My Promise is I will never ever do that to myself again-----Rosalyn
Welcome to the team. You are doing the right thing by taking charge of your food and keeping track. Logging in your food is one of the major keys to a healthier lifestyle.
1/1/10 Start Wht 279 lbs
12/1/114 Goal 190
**Maintain** "OR" set new Goal! 170's maybe??
I'm Jan from Grants Pass. I am on a goal to be as healthy as possible. I am disabled with a fractured neck and back and a respiratory disease that's left me on Oxygen. Never had a cigarette, its from 2 nd hand smoke from my parents. I am walking since December 2010 and am trying to lose weight. My family is Type II diabetic and we had an episode of Diabetic shock in the family. I have taken over food prep and am making mostly diabetic meals. We are tracking everything. I am trying to set a good example by being more active and eating healthy.
Wish all of you many blessings on a healthier lifestyle.

BEWARE! CHOCOLATE WILL MAKE YOUR CLOTHES SHRINK.
A good cook is like a sorceress who dispenses happiness.
Calories are those little buggers that get in your closet and make your clothes smaller.
