I'm a mommy of a wonderful 2 year old son. I've always been a good self sabotager and find my self mindlessly snacking. My biggest problem isn't exercise, it's food. I've always been active and at this time in my life am using running and Zumba as my my release. Another problem is that I work nights, an inconsistent schedule, and have horrible sleep habits. I'd love to have another baby soon but refuse to do it if I'm out of a normal BMI. I dealt with Gestational Diabetes and preterm labor with my last baby and I want this next pregnancy to be as healthy as it can be. emoticon
