Hi! I am new to SparkPeople. I've lost 60 pounds in the last couple of years, but recently gained five back during an illness. I thought that I would give this a try to get back on track, get over this plateau and work toward my ultimate goal of losing 55 more pounds. I have fibromyalgia, several metabolic disorders and I've had major surgery twice during this period of weight loss...but I keep plugging along...mostly!
I'm great with exercise (it looks like I will meet the annual goal of 1800 hours in about five weeks...is that goal set artificially low to begin with or something?) but I need to pay more attention to what I eat and apparently drink more water. Just keeping track of things will be helpful I think.
