Please get to know the website and take your time as it can be overwhelming. There is so much to see and do on here. You might start out by walking first and it's great to work with a Pedometer.

Hello! I just joined this website today because I am looking for a happy place where I can focus on the positive aspects of life while working on the less than positive.

My name is Anne, I'm 27 and am living in Albany with my husband and our 2 cats. I have about 25-30 lbs to drop to be at a size where I am more comfortable with my body. I am not in this to get down to what the BMI chart says is healthy, because I know from personal experience that the number they give doesn't work for me.

I have Fibromyalgia, and sometimes even getting out of bed is a struggle. I am focusing on exercise more than diet right now to make working out a habit. My diet is not perfect, but it isn't horrible either! :-)

I look forward to getting to know some people and taking control of my life!
