Hi all, just started last week. Right now, behaviors are still bad, but I believe if I start tracking again I'll begin to make better choices. I put my pedometer back on and went for a walk yesterday. Then went shopping and bought my biggest size yet...18. Hard to believe I used to be a size 0. My biggest struggle isn't the food...it's the beer. I like my beer. I sit at a desk all day and we only have 30 minutes for lunch. At my last job I had a 24 hour fitness on the bottom floor and could take 1.5 hour lunches. Plenty of time to work out. That's my peak time. I can't physically do mornings, have tried that. Now that I'm packing all this extra weight around I'm more tired at the end of the day so I have a tendency to blow it off when I get home. However, I am taking public transportation now so it requires more walking...oh yeah and I moved into a condo that is 3 levels so there are a lot of stair taking. Not enough to offset that darn beer.
My goal today is to do Wii Fit for 20 minutes when I get home. Baby steps, but it is a step in the right direction.
