You are so right. And to think the chinese are nice and slender. It's things like the rice that blow my diet. (it's a bad carb) Wine is metabolized differently than food..

Hi there everyone,

I'm new and trying to figure out all of this stuff. Today I just learned a Chinese dinner with wine can totally blow your diet even if your planning and compensating for it. I ate just 50 cal. in carrots for lunch, but the dinner was 65% of my daily total. Just the one serving alone. What an eye opener!
