Welcome to the Team, I am Rosalyn and I have gone from 194# down to 143# as of now and trying to hold it there. If I can hold it there for a while I will try and get down to my Goal of 135#s.
So how much would you like to loose???
I have done it by writting everything down that goes into my mouth.
Also 1 day a week I eat something I figure is off limits.
Also cut down on amounts of food.

I have been using spark for a little over two months now. I am still trying to learn what all is hear and how to use it! I drive a semi-truck for a living and that is not a very active job so the weight seems to be packing on! I want to get in better shape and be able to spend more time outdoors in this beautiful state we live in, maybe someday I will be able to think about climbing South Sister with my brother and dad!
