Hi, I'm 64.5, retiring June 1st and my #1 retirement goal is to get healthy, which means losing at least 30 lbs, that's the first goal anyway. I've been tall and skinny most of my life, so found the weight creeping on over the last 10 years. I didn't do anything about it - never had to, really, but well, now, it's got to go. I like this site, have done weight watchers and it seems similar. I look forward to chatting with you.
