My bookshelf is full of various diets and books for motivation. Since I have been on Spark for over a year I feel they are of no value. I have relied totally on Spark and have lost 67 lbs, the safe way. My key has been logging in every morsel of food to control my calories and various nutrients. The same goes for fitness logs. I have been on several plateaus but with reading Spark articles, member comments and Blogs...I have gotten past them. My goal is to lose another 30 lbs. It is much harder work than the 1st 30 but I still continue to forge ahead.
