Hi Alana, Good luck on your Nursing and also your joining the Team.
Rosalyn Larson I am so happy to be on Maintenance.
It took 2 years but it was worth it. I am going to keep it in a 5#s range up or down. My Promise is I will never ever do that to myself again-----Rosalyn
I'm so very happy for you finishing nursing school. I know that can be very stressful.
Good luck to you on your journey. You will do great.

My name is Alana and I am new to Spark People. I had lost 40lbs a couple years ago, but managed to gain it all back during my time in Nursing School. I have just finished my last class, so I have no more excuses to be on my butt and not working out. YAY! I am excited. I am anxious to incorportate exercise into my daily routine and get this weight off for good!!
I am 30, married, mom to two sons: 8 & 10 - and we live in Eastern Oregon. And, I am going to be starting my career as a nurse this summer after I pass the boards. Life is exciting!
