Hello, my name is Linda and I am new to Spark. I am working this year on improving my overall health and weight loss is just one aspect of that. I am spending more time at the gym developing my strength and muscle development. I was diagnosed with Rhuematoid Arthritis almost 15 years ago. My Doctor demanded that I exercise daily and I thought that if I was going to do that, I was going to get all aspects of my health in line.
So here I am, looking for friends and people to hold me accountable and keep me motivated.
