So I think I will share my headline too: "Retired Oregon Teacher Loses 45 pounds".

Stopped at On Point CU yesterday and the person in the reflection in the door kind of surprised me. Rather pleasantly. Still have 50 or so more to lose. I am just doing it ten pounds at a time and not worrying any farther ahead.

Yes you are with a good team for helping you with your loosing.
And then remember that once you get down to your Goal,
DO NOT QUIT THE TEAM!!!!!!!!!
becaus the 1st thing that happens is you go up again.
I started out at 194# and am now down to 143# with 8# to goal.

This is what all of my headlines are going to say. I am so excited to be working hard on my nutrition and health. Hi, fellow Oregonians! Thanks for welcoming me. I am still figuring alllll of this site stuff out, but I know I will catch on and end up with a great site that helps me track what I am (and am NOT) putting in my mouth. My aim is to be healthy, strong, and emotionally and mentally very, very fit. My body will follow, if I make fitness and strength my priority. I have been doing ZUMBA for about 10 weeks, and have lost five inches off of my body! I have really developed more aerobic fitness, and if you haven't tried Zumba: ditch the workout and join the party. It is a total blast! I am happy to be here. Thanks again.
