I have learned a lot over the past year and still working on several areas, but have found consistency in logging all food and exercise has been the key for me in losing 67 lbs in one year. Hello my name is Lucy and my start date with Sparkpeople is Feb. 13, 2011. This first week I am trying to be accurate on the portion sizes and to stick to the meal plans. Am learning portion size is not what I thought it is. Have tried Sparkpeople before but this time I have a different attitude. This week my weight has not changed but will try to add excercise (Ugg) next week. Not able to navigate the website very well yet, but will keep trying to understand how it works.
