Little by little makes the difference! I found walking EVERY day helps me on this journey. Drinking water is important...even if you must flavor it.
I also log on to SparkPeople every day. The points page gives me a great outline to follow. I try to do most of the things on the list...I find that helps me learn new things and connect with my teams and friends.
On days that I feel lost...I get support here. On days I want to celebrate ...I get cheered on by my friends. So....jump right in!!! The water's fine!! :)
