Welcome to Spark and Oregon Team. The greatest medicine for depression and/or low self esteem is do something for yourself and everything else is secondary. It has been proved that exercise is the best thing for depression. There are a lot of tools here in Spark and many article written by professionals that know what they are talking about. I would suggest taking a 4 hour sitdown in from of your computer and just start reading article about what you want from Spark. Setting mini-goal are importnat. There is help for that.
