Welcome to the team. Hopefully you recover from your illness and get onto your plan. A lot of good tools on Spark to reach any goal you set for yourself. I have been on here a year with great results. I had almost 100 lbs to lose with only 25 more to go to hit goal. Should be at goal by May 2011.

I began this program after the new year began, but have had some physical problems in the meantime, diverticulitis and now a pelvic abcess. So I've been on a diet of clear liquid only, and have probably lost a few pounds. That's the only good part. I hope to be ready to continue with planning my diet, exercising, etc. soon.
