Hi Cathy!

I am a Cathy too. First rule is to enjoy and explore. Don't stress about trying to learn everything at once. Just check in and post one thing everyday and maybe read an article. Eventually, it all works into your subconscious and before you know it you are feeling healthier and happier.

emoticon we have lots for SparkPeople here who will go on walks with you for just help you out. Of course to go on walk together you will need to say where you live. Others have teamed up this way. emoticon
