I always think of the ten pound increments as bowling balls. In January, you will not have to lug a ten pound bowling ball with you wherever you go.

I weighed in this morning and I am happy to say that there is 4.2 less pounds of pressure on my spine. Not bad for my first week. I wanted to loose 10 pounds by the first of the year, and it looks like I will be able to do that.
