1.DRINK 8 GLASSES IF WATER
2. TRACK ALL FOOD INTAKE; ALSO TRACK ALL LIQUIDS THAT AREN;T WATER
3. EXERCISE SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK
4.MAKE GOALS FOR YOURSELF

Hi I'm new to Sparkpeople and am looking forward to a new me. I want to learn to eat healthy foods and make healthy food choices for the future. I want to learn to like working out and get fit so I can keep up with my grand-daughter. I feel a little overwhelmed with all the information here; however, I know in time it will get easier.
