Welcome back "committed person!!" In order to stay committed it requires consistency. It is a learning process and difficult at time applying what you read. But this is a battle worth fighting. You must of had a "Ah-Hah! moment" or many reasons to commit. You are #1 and need to watch out for saboteurs of your nutrition and fitness.
