I just read a blog of a lady who not only conquered smoking, but cancer, weight, and some mental health issues. I was sitting here trying to get myself going and felt pretty foolish after reading it!! I am heading for the DVD right now...I walk and do mild strength exercises while watching a Leslie Sansone DVD. I have been slacking off...I am now getting back to what I KNOW works.

Hello, I have been on spark for about a month but have not done much with it.

My name is Racheil I weigh 40lbs more than I should for my body frame.
My goal is to lose 2lbs/wk for 20 weeks, which will get me to my goal of 135lbs by Dec 1, 2010.

My motivation is lacking. I would like to be healthier, stronger and feel good in my skin.
