Hi all! In the past year and half I have lost 120 pounds. I am looking to loose another 35 or so and become as healthy and fit/tone as I possibly can. I am a bit of a fitness clup junkie and enjoy going to the gym 3 to 6 times a week.I also enjoy eating!!! I love going out to eat and also enjoy cooking. I have recently learned to love outdoor activities like nature walks and exploring. I have decided to give this site a try mostly for moral support and new ideas. I look forward to hearing from you :o)
