emoticon take it easy know the pain but you will get better but slowly and you can move side to side and do some to Nicole's exercises while unable to use the broken one...of course heathy eating emoticon emoticon also get THE SPARK by Chris Downie the one who started this sp...while resting read and you will be surprise having the book where do you live in Oregon...?

Welcome to the Oregon team. I think the best tip is to use the nutrition tracker. Now if I would take my own advice...... In fact I think I will and go track. Thanks for asking the question.

I'm working at loosing 75+ pounds and getting in better health. I have 2 kids ages 15 and 11. My biggest hurdle is that I broke my ankle last November, had pins and plates put in... Then about two weeks ago had the surgery to have them out, which interrupted my journey on being able to walk again. I should be able to walk short distances again soon! I definitely have a very limited time and money budget as I work a full time job with crazy hours that I love, and of course being the sole supporter of growing children, so any creative tips are always appreciated.
