I'm giveup30 and I really would like you to get The Spark by our Chris Downie the man that started this sight hands on information and super you really need to get it it's the book you see by my name here. It is soooooo good..and I won't tell you boss take healthy snacks with you where ever you go to the Yahoo Beaver game...I have Beaver collection too...now get to work boss doesn't have to know why you are having you water bottle with you and seeing you eat healthy just when you get down and he says ARE YOU LOSING .....OH yes, that will be the dayThat's it for today just remember everyday counts

Hi there Megan,
I am very pleased to meet you, and I am also a Beaver Fan, but I also live in Corvallis.

2 of my Kids went to OSU, and are also Beaver Fans.
One of them also works at OSU now, and the other one is in Japan.

Sounds like there are a lot of things you would like to do, I wish you luck.
I will go to your page if you have started on yet and read about you, what your weight is etc, and your Goals.

Hey everybody! My name is Megan and I just joined Spark last night (shh...don't tell my boss). I'm seeking motivation and support anywhere I can get it. I have an awesome family and amazing friends but they love me too much to tell me I'm fat and need to do something about it!

I am 27 years old and split my time between The Dalles, Lincoln City, and Tri-Cities, Washington. I work as a Diganostic Medical Sonographer (ultrasound technologist) and am also exploring going back to school to pursue a new career (possibly med school, law school, or maybe travel the world in a VW bus--I have no idea)...I am a hard-core Oregon State Beaver fan (yes, I bleed orange) and also follow the mma world faithfully. If you don't know what mma is, I would be glad to share...

I love meeting new people and would love new friends! I hope we can all help eachother on this journey of self-love and appreciation! You are worth it!
