The key for success is to log into the website everyday and without fail fill out your nutrition log and fitness log. Make yourself some goals, from short term, mid term, long term etc. I personally set some weekly fitness and calorie burns. By logging in and looking towards my goals is what has kept me accountable for my actions.
Good luck on your journey. I would suggest purchasing the Spark book and read it from cover to cover in order to get the full ramifications of the program.
