Hello, One more time, I'm going to change my life style. I know we all have our own issues to deal with but like all of you one of mine is weight. I had stomach bi-pass surgery 4.5 yrs ago and now the weight is creeping back. No, it is sprinting back. This time last year I was 40 lbs thinner. It has amazed me, in one day of tracking food, how many calories I could consume. Actually, by 9:30 a.m. I was so surprised that I quit for that day and washed the sorrow down with some cadbury eggs. Starting over today, I am trying to learn this program. Making myself more aware of my own bad habits. I started sitting in my chair and tightening my fanny while I was on each phone call at work. Now I find it hard to get up the stairs. While standing at the fax machine I do push ups off the counter. I can get 12 in during each fax. I need to talk the boss into updating the equipment. I'm hoping that each new awareness and little activity will help me get back into my clothes at the top of my closet (4 stacks, to the ceiling). I look forward to the encouragement each of you can provide for me. I seem to fit into every group so I can take words of wisdom from anyone.
