...the first thing you need to do is check the junk food don't buy anymore...if their is any in the house I know with hubby and little ones may be hard but talk to them and see if they won't try and work with you...go on walks together...cook healthy and they probably won't even know it...

I was told about this site the other day by an old friend of mine. I have been on a diet most of my 44 years of life (30 years) of trying to reach my goal. I have not done too bad in the past eight years or so. Now I have two small children and for some reason I can't stop my emotional eating and I just feel awful about this. I have gained alot of my weight back and feel it more than ever. I am very upset with myself and feel stuck. I just don't understand, I am so very happy with my husband and children but just can't get myself back on track of my eating healthy habbits.
