I REMEMBER THE DAYS OF THE NIGHT SHIFT..I BROWN BAGGED IT FOR DINNER..GOING WITH THE CO- WORKERS TO EAT OUT WAS JUST TO COSTLY FOR ME WAS STILL GREAT FRIENDS WITH THEM...THIS IS SORT OF HARD BUT STILL IF YOU CAN FIND THE RECIPES FOR YOU LUNCH BEFORE LEAVING FOR WORK WOULD REALLY BE GOOD...GOOD HEALTHY FOOD IT THE KEY,,AND EXERCISING, WORKING TOGETHER WITH SPARKPEOPLE IS A GREAT THING TO BE DOING
