Hi, I am new to the site and also new to controlling food intake and Jogging. My wife wants to run a 5k this spring and being supportive I told her I would do it too. I figured if I was to start a running program I might as well go all the way. We are doing a program called couch to 5K. So far so good and I actually look forward to the days we participate in it. It is a 3 days per week program that goes for nine weeks total. We are in week one right now and day three is tomorrow, Thursday October 1st. That is why I am here. I look forward to completing this program and then stay on a regular routine of running with my wife and 2 year old son. He loves the runs and asks me to hold his hand while he is in his stroller.
