Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

Welcome aboard. You can do it.

To get your weight ticker on the bottom go to your spark page and on right side click "Edit my spark apge" then scroll down and click ticker background" select one and save changes. then scroll down and click ticker icon and select one and save changes. to add your weight, go to tools and start on top and scroll down on the drop down click "weigh in" fill in your stats and scroll down and save changes and you're on your way.

well I'm 51 and found myself back into the work force after 20 years as a stay at home, homeschooling, farm mom. So I'm trying to loss weight and get into shape so I can keep up with this new lifestyle..scary but I'm excited to see what this new page of my life will be. my whole life has kinda been turned upside down.
