Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

Hi Joshua, well I used to live in Bend 20years ago, are you near there.
"Can't wait to loose weight" that is what you named the TOPIC.
Well it is going to take longer than you think, I think. I have lost 50#s and I am on the last 15#s but the closer you get to your goal the harder it is.
Altho now YOU have an Advantage on me, because I am a lot older than you and it makes it easier for you to loose.
