Welcome. I don't use the meal planner, I checked the box for them not showing and then put in what I fix. You can go in and enter your foods and I like to go to the search page and click on enter food not listed especially for pre packaged things because everything is a bit different from day to day.
Don't try and enter all you stuff at one time because you also add it to the days food. I didn't realize that until I saw a calorie count of 10,000+ for the day
and it's too much of a pain to delete all that.
When you get your foods entered in your favorites then it's easy just to go click on them. You can also fix up food groups for casseroles, soups, sandwiches, goulash etc. your morning supplements too and you can have your suppliments tracked as well so you know what you are lacking etc.
I really like that feature. Go in and play with it and it will become easy to use and save lots of time. You can also share your food favorites with the rest of us which can be nice as sometimes we have to do a Web search for a certain Resturaunt etc. to get the calorie count. It makes it easier when you don't have to do the search.
On the foods you put in through foods not listed, put a * in front of it, it will then keep that food at the top of your page of favorites. It also helps too, like if it's a cake, pizza, what ever, to list the number of servings beside the title.

Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee! fitnessgear101.com/fitness-calculato
