Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

Hello from sunny Bend Oregon. It was a beautiful day yesterday and it is on track to be that today.
I also worked in my yard as well as taking advantage of Fred Meyers Ivy and Fushica (I am sure it is spelt incorrectly) planting. I now have 4 beautiful baskets that come in at night and go out durning the day. Have a wonderful day.

Eugene/Springfield area was beautiful yesterday - and going to be beautiful today as well. I'm so happy to see sunshine... Albany was nice as well - we went "exploring" in the old historic district there yesterday... so nice! Lots of quaint little shops to see.

emoticon Milwaukie was also very gorgeous yesterday. I worked out in my yard and of course this morning I am sore all over. But it is worth it. M

Sweet Home was full of sunshine too!
I spent the morning in the back yard, cleaning up the mess and moving raspberry canes. The afternoon was spent at my Dad's house working with my horses!

Sunshine and the scent of horses... who could wish for more???
Tomorrow I am putting in a new strawberry bed... YUMMY!

I'm from Gresham and loved getting out in the sun today. Tomorrow is to be even better, so glad you get to enjoy it! If we're brave, we may put the kayaks in the water for the first time this year...

What a beautiful day today in Troutdale Oregon. Had to work most of the day today... so I did not get to enjoy the sunshine, but, tomorrow I made plans to go walking with a friend - our goal is 2 miles.

I am new to the site and am loving every time I log in... What a support system. Thanks for being there
for me... Sunshine Rocks!
