Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

June...go to the Orange Bar...MY TOOLS... there is a place there where it says EDIT MY SPARK PAGE...click on that and you should be able to go from there.

I want to change my spark page because I do things differently in the winter. I also want to change my image profile because hubby took some pictures of me today and we got a new little 1 year old beagle dog. I can't remember how to do these things .Thanks
