I've been on SP for years (started with the sister BabyFit when pregnant with my first). I've done WW multiple times in the past (as early as 98 and as recently as now). I made goal in 2010... then stopped tracking, stopped going to meetings... just stopped paying attention. Well, I am back - 15 pounds above goal (again).
I was fortunate to find a WW at work just around the corner and it's helped me to keep going this time. I still track on SP too because I like to see my carbs/fat/protein breakdown. I do much better when I keep at least 25% protein and I lose sight of that when using just WW.
I don't like using "diet" products. I don't buy low fat cheese, or give up ice cream. I want to lose the weight, but I will do it in a healthy way with REAL food.
Goal is to get back to goal weight and lifetime again this year.
