I'm so excited and happy to be here.......
I have been a member of Weight Watchers since June. So far I have lost 22 pounds. My goal is to lose 54 pounds all together. I love Weight Watchers! I am learning so much. I exercise every day. I walk 2 to 4 miles a day and I go to the gym at least 5 days a week. When I first joined Weight Watchers I really didn't get serious until the ending of July. That's when the weight started coming off. Every day I am making healthy choices. I have learned to understand the difference between being hungry and cravings.
I really like Sparkpeople too. This is a fun website. Some of it is kind of confusing but I am learning as I go along.
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
