My name is Mary. I have been successful on WW in the past, but with a divorce and a job change, I gained all of it and more back. This time, I am doing it for all the right reasons (myself, my health, and setting healthy lifestyle for my kids). In the past it was about losing weight to be more attractive, now it's about liking myself. I am going to need all the encouragement and support I can get to do this without meetings....but too costly right now to do the meeting route.
