I've been on SP for several years, have not been active on SP for about 1-2 years with other things going on in my life.

I want to release the last 15 lbs I have - reduce my LDL and lately when I check my pressure it notice that it is high - it was always in the 120/60/70 range - lately it is in the 130's and sometimes higher - I need to get both down.

Will be doing more exercising - walking - than I've done in quite a while and following a healthy eating plan (I am a lifetime W/W but been off track)

2014 will release the weight and get the other number where they are need to be.
