Keep your fats and cholesterol on the low sides, see if that helps.
You can add cholesterol to watch, along with others (fiber, etc.)

If you use the food tracker, it will help you figure it out very quickly. At the end of the day you can check cholesterol as well as other items such as salt, calories, protein, etc.

where can I find a list of foods which I should eat. I keep getting told protein, carbs etc. I want to know foods as I have no idea what I should be eating.
I am taking more exercise. walked for 2 hours on Wednesday, the 2 hours on Sunday, Walked for approx. 2 hours today. I am also using my stepper.
I am already on a healthy eating plan but need to know what I should reduce/increase, leave out.

Thank you very much.
I have looked through it and it ties in with my current eating plan but much more specific in counting. Which means it will be easier to use as there are not many changes but I need to check things like sodium. I do use low sodium but also need to review when I use it. THANK YOU.
