Hi I joined sp in April 12. I am trying to control my cholesteral with diet and if it does not improve will have to go on meds. My mum has high cholesteral too. I love the food tracker it helps me quite a bit. emoticon emoticon (my tracker should be lbs)

Hi, I'm fairly new to Spark joined in Oct 2012. I have high BP due to medicine I take for my RA. It's under control. I would like to get off the meds by losing the weight. This is the year for me. I'm taking care of myself. I look forward to getting tips on weight loss and keeping my Cholesterol in check emoticon
