Just a little bit about me.
I'm working on managing my Cholesterol and Blood Pressure.
I know my blood pressure is a bit higher then it needs to be and I do have medication for it..but I wish to lower it with diet and exercise before contining the medication. Same with my cholestrol. My triglycerides are high I know for certain.
Any suggestions on how to get those down? Lots of whole grains and oats?
