Thankyou very much for the links will definitely be checking those out. My gallbladder problem is I do not have stones they just confirmed it is dead no function what so ever and I have been very ill with it for the past two weeks, I go Thursday to meet with a surgeon because my doctor says it has to come out. He seems to think it has been dead for a while and is inflamed and where I am a heart patient getting it out is the best option now.
I do have high blood pressure as well although I take medicine for it but I am hoping to get the doses lowered in time. I realize that I will never be totally medicine free but I also realize that I can improve on my health and get the doses of certain medications lowered. My heart doctor loves the fact that I am on this new way of life and he says in 6 months he will be looking at a newer me and I will be getting my life back for the first time in almost 2 years.
Just so amazed how little I have done has already made such huge differences. I was the girl who always said it cant happen to me but surprise it did and now I know better.
I thankyou again for responding to this and going now to check out the links :)

I have the same problem that you have. I take one fish oil pill twice a day. I can't imagine taking 4 per day because it keeps coming up in my belches. And it is very fattening. You should discuss the type of exercise you can do and start these exercises immediately. I hope this is helpful.
Also, there is a cholesterol and high blood pressure Spark Team that you might be interested in joining. The members have the same problems we have.

Hi everyone new to this probably posting in wrong spot as usual but ill try to improve on that also. My name is Pam I am from Kentucky 39 year old mom of 2 teenagers. I am truly interested in how to fix my cholesterol numbers I just had another blood work done and same as a while back over all number is okay 130 i think but bad cholesterol is to high 200 plus and my good cholesterol is to low 25. I do have to take cholesterol medicine due to the heart attack that i have had among other medications. I am now exercising and the doctor even told me to try other things as well, such as drinking a small glass of red wine nightly (which I do not do personal issues with that), he also would like for me to take 4 fish oil pills a day which i did and i piled on a ton of weight so currently not doing that either. I watch the foods i eat and am moving more but I can not figure why my numbers are being so stubborn and not moving for me. Oh also I have to have my gallbladder removed soon as well and I was wondering does that or could that have anything to do with my cholesterol numbers as well.
