It depends on whether or not you have a microwave oven available to you at work. If you do cook your own food and take leftovers. You will be able to watch your sodium intake and other food you are not supposed to eat. I also have high cholesterol; however, I am only on a lose sodium intake plus the meds. Oh yeah!
