It depends on whether or not you have a microwave oven available to you at work. If you do cook your own food and take leftovers. You will be able to watch your sodium intake and other food you are not supposed to eat. I also have high cholesterol; however, I am only on a lose sodium intake plus the meds. Oh yeah! You can use a slow cooker to make life easier. SP has some great recipes for slow cookers.

I have not really thought of that...but I will give it some research today...and get back to you...maybe between the two of us we can come up with some cool healthy lunches. Shoot I could just that myself.
I need some ideas for quick lunches I can take to work. I am newly on meds for high cholesterol and I have to watch my sodium intake as well. So, I don't do cold cut sandwiches. I am also on coumadin so I can't eat a lot of dark green salad. Makes it all very difficult. Any ideas?
