I think I manage my blood pressure but will have the cholesterol checked the end of this month. Hope it gets better, too

Check out the recipes on spark people. Many of their recipes work for low cholesterol. You can do this!! Glenda

Thank you Joanna, the meals I have planned for today, my carbs and cholesterol are lower than allowed, which is good. I'm going to do my very best to achieve low cholesterol. Thanks again!

HoneyBlondeFox...I hope that you get it under control before it become permanent. There are a lot of foods you can eat to help bring it down. I am trying myself to being it under control. Although I am on medication for both. You have found a nice team that will help you out....in your search. Good Luck!

Just received a call from the doctors office, re: my blood work. Borderline high cholesterol and carbs. I've been searching ever since for some recipies and foods to eat to lower these numbers. I am having a hard time finding them. Is there anywhere on Spark people, that has a list of foods low in cholesterol and carbs. I want to get started right away before I go for my physical in April. Thank you in advance.
