My numbers are high too, but the good cholesterol is high so that help's me. I eat meat, but I think the junk is more my problem and also that mom thing. So I challenged myself to eat no junk for the next 9 weeks ( but not the holiday days ). Got through 6 days so far and know I can do this. Did it before for 4 months, first two weeks are the hardest.....just hang in there, lots of support on this team. I lost 3.5 this week so far and that with KFC and Pizza, No cookies, candy, cake, pie, chips, crackers, pudding or if it looks like junk.
