These conditions often seem to go hand in hand. SparkPeople articles about healthy fats may give some insight. Also, triglycerides seem to be related to over consumption of refined carbohydrates which is also an issue for diabetes. Keep reading and comparing to your own diet choices, and you'll find some ways to make healthful choices that may not have occurred to you before. Try something new - add or delete something, a little at a time, until it is a new habit. The food tracker can be very enlightening as you learn what is working for you or not.

Good luck! emoticon emoticon

Struggling with Diabetes 2, started Insulin last week, now my Cholestrol, etc is high and need to do something about that. I'm a Member here so thought a good place to come and get information/nutritional info. I'm new to this part of the Spark Team so anxious to see what is happening here that can help me. Thanks for your support.
