Lots of recipes on this site under healthy lifestyle tab. Put it in your nutrition log and it will keep track of calories, cholesterol, anything you need. Excellent tools on the site and lots of support. This is a great team - I think you will find friends, support and tools! good luck

Hello, My name is Joaney I am 52 and tring to find a way to manage my high cholesterol an blood pressure.
About two years ago started taking medication for blood pressure, lost 20 lbs in three months.Pressure went down cholesterol down Doc. was pleased with the drop, but still to high. Had to take meds.for cholesterol. Now it's been more then two years and I am stuck. My weight keeps in a 5 lb range don't go over 235 not under 230. Now coming to this site I see some of the things I thought was ok to eat may not be. So can anyone tell me where to find recipes for foods I can eat please. Feel like I keep hitting a brick wall.
