I've been working out at the gym for some time now and I have about 10 more pounds to resolve. I am really have a problem around the mid section we often call the muffin top(LOL) I walk ,I do treadmill and ab workouts, but it just won't go budge? I've never had this problem before and I don't know where it came from(LOL). May have been lack of exercise duh! I recently went on the 1200 calorie a day menu, and no more than 1250 hoping maybe that might help .It has been only about a week , and the scale is still the same. I did go from a 35inch waist to a 30inch waist before joining the team, but it won't go any father, Am I stuck here now? AHHHH I would like to lose another 5inches to be where I was before it got out of control. Any workouts or suggestions will happily accepted with open arms :)
